AS and A level (Advanced Subsidiary and Advanced level)
A-Level is the authority secondary
school capability in Britain, Ridges and Northern Ireland. Understudies
normally take three or four subjects at A-Level; however there is no
restriction to the quantity of subjects permitted.
The A-Level program is parted into two
"stages": AS level and A2 level. AS-Levels are taken during the
primary year of your investigations and fill in as a "base" for your
last year, when you are relied upon to finish further developed coursework.
Understudies are permitted to drop a few subjects after the main year, so they
have AS-Level capabilities for these spaces, as long as they complete at least
three subjects at A2-Level. A2-Level subjects are what check towards your
"last grade", however AS-Levels can fill in as an extra in your
educational plan. Most A-Level subjects are made out of four modules each.
A-Level grades go from E to A*. AS
levels grades are composed as lower case letters (a-e).
